The point is to understand that every skin needs different treatment—and if you blindly follow any skincare treatment without assessing your own skin, you will run into big troubles.

3. Pain Equals Work ability

If somebody tells you that skincare treatment is necessarily painful, then you must immediately dispose of what you just heard. Skin care treatment need not be painful. If you apply certain anti-ageing treatment to your skin and the treatment results in burns or stings, then it is time you realised that you are doing things the wrong way.

5. Ageing Is Genetic

Genes do play a role in matters concerning ageing, but there are a plethora of external factors which also accelerate the whole ageing process. For instance, pollution is the biggest factor working against the youthfulness of your skin. Similarly, UV rays are very harmful to your skin. So, you cannot absolutely blame your genes for an ageing skin.

6. Diet Has Nothing To Do With Ageing

Well, this is a big NO-NO. Diet has many implications on the rate at which our skin ages. Those who consume junk foods in greater quantities are more susceptible to theageing skin than those with a healthy diet.
